Terms of Use
Effective 7 August 2026
1.What Looplore is
Looplore (looplore.app — “Looplore”, “we”) is an entertainment self-reflection service with three formats: a questionnaire that maps recurring patterns in how you behave in relationships, The Outside View — a photo read that describes how uploaded photos may come across to strangers, — and a set of short self-discovery tests scored by fixed rules. The questionnaire and the photo read turn your input into a written reading, including an optional full report unlocked with credits; the tests are free to take. The service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Gorbunov I.A. (ИП Горбунов И.А.), Republic of Kazakhstan. Contact: support@looplore.app.
2.Not therapy, not diagnosis
Looplore is for self-reflection and education only. It is not psychotherapy, psychological or medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a therapist–client relationship. Your reading is generated automatically from your own answers — treat it as a mirror, not a verdict. The self-discovery tests are educational and entertainment content: their scoring rules are written by hand, not clinically validated instruments, and a result describes tendencies in your answers — never a diagnosis or an assessment of you as a person. If relationships or your emotional state cause you persistent distress, please talk to a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services right away.
3.Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use Looplore.
4.Your answers
Your answers are yours. You give us the limited right to process them — including with automated rules and AI tools — to build your results and to operate and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5.Your photos
The photo read works on photos you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you are at least 18 and every person shown is an adult; that you took the photo or otherwise have the right to use it; and that if it shows someone other than you, you have that person’s permission to submit it for an automated read. Responsibility for uploading photos of other people rests entirely with you. We may decline or remove any photo, including through automated screening.
A photo read describes how a photo may come across to strangers. It is entertainment — impressions, not facts about anyone — and must not be used to evaluate people or make decisions about them (employment, housing, credit, insurance or anything similar).
6.Credits and purchases
Paid features — a full report and follow-up questions about it — are unlocked with credits. You buy credits in packs; the app shows what each pack costs in money and what each action costs in credits before you spend anything.
Credits are a prepaid unit of account inside Looplore and nothing more. They are not money, not electronic money, not a payment instrument and not a security; they have no value outside the service, cannot be transferred between accounts or to other people, and cannot be exchanged back for money except as described in Refunds below. Credits do not expire. We may change how many credits an action costs; changes apply to future spends only and are shown in the app before you confirm.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as the seller of record for your transaction: checkout, applicable taxes, receipts and payment data are handled by Polar under its own terms.
Looplore+ subscription. Besides packs, we offer an auto-renewing subscription, Looplore+, billed monthly or yearly. While it is active, the actions it lists in the app — test and quiz reports, the cross-test portrait, a monthly allowance of photo reads and chat questions, and the daily insight — are included without spending credits; over the included allowance, normal credit prices apply. New subscriptions may start with a free trial (currently 3 days): we collect a payment method at checkout, you are not charged during the trial, we email a reminder before it ends, and the first payment happens when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in the customer portal (linked from your account page); cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and until then everything stays included. Content generated while your subscription was active remains yours to open after it ends — we never lock away what was already delivered. Subscription prices may change; changes never apply to an already-paid period and are announced before your next renewal.
Gifts. You can buy a gift for someone else: credits, or a fixed period of Looplore+. A gift is a purchase of a new code, not a transfer of credits out of your own balance — nothing leaves your account. We give you the code; we do not send it to anyone, so who receives it and how is entirely up to you. Whoever holds the code can redeem it, so treat it like a voucher.
A code is redeemed once, onto a signed-in Looplore account, and stays valid for 365 days from the day it is paid for; after that it expires. A code bought from your own account cannot be redeemed by that same account — a gift is for someone else. A gifted period of Looplore+ is not a subscription: it grants the included features for the stated number of days, takes no payment method, renews nothing, and simply ends. If the recipient already has access, a gifted period starts when their current access ends.
7.Refunds
Unused credits are refundable for 14 days from the purchase of the pack they came from: email us and we will return the corresponding amount.
For Looplore+, cancelling stops future renewals and is not a refund of the current period. Because a subscription gives immediate access to digital content, you ask us to begin performance right away and acknowledge that once you have used included features in a period, the right of withdrawal for that period's payment is limited accordingly; a period in which you used nothing at all is refundable within 14 days of its charge on request.
Credits you have already spent are not refundable, because what they bought was delivered to you immediately. When you spend credits to generate a report or an answer, you are asking us to begin performance right away and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for that generated content once it is delivered. If a pack is partly spent, we refund the share matching the credits still unused.
A refund removes the corresponding credits from your balance. If you have already spent them, the balance can go negative, and spending stays blocked until it is topped up again.
A gift that nobody has redeemed yet is refundable to you, the buyer, for 14 days from purchase: write to us and we will return the amount and cancel the code. Once a gift has been redeemed it is not refundable — it was delivered to the person you gave it to, and we do not take back what someone else received in good faith. The recipient is never charged for a gift and never has a gift removed from them.
None of this limits your statutory rights, and it is not the whole story: if something went wrong on our side — a reading that failed to generate, credits taken twice, anything that plainly did not work — write to support@looplore.app and we will make it right, credits or money.
8.Intellectual property
The service — its texts, design, imagery and methodology — belongs to us or our licensors. Your report is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, resell, scrape or republish the service or its content.
9.Fair use of the service
Don’t abuse Looplore: no automated access, probing, reverse engineering, interfering with how it runs, or using it to harm or profile other people.
10.No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Results are probabilistic interpretations of self-reported answers and uploaded photos — descriptions of how things may read, not facts about you or anyone else.
11.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12.Changes
We may update the service and these terms. The current version always lives at looplore.app/terms/; material changes will carry a new effective date above.
13.Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Purchase-related matters may also be covered by Polar’s terms. Questions are welcome at support@looplore.app.
