LOOPLORE

Terms of Use

Effective 27 July 2026

1.What Looplore is

Looplore (looplore.app — “Looplore”, “we”) is an entertainment self-reflection service with two readings: a questionnaire that maps recurring patterns in how you behave in relationships, and The Outside View — a photo read that describes how uploaded photos may come across to strangers. Both turn your input into a written reading, including an optional full report unlocked with credits. The service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Gorbunov I.A. (ИП Горбунов И.А.), Republic of Kazakhstan. Contact: support@looplore.app.

2.Not therapy, not diagnosis

Looplore is for self-reflection and education only. It is not psychotherapy, psychological or medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a therapist–client relationship. Your reading is generated automatically from your own answers — treat it as a mirror, not a verdict. If relationships or your emotional state cause you persistent distress, please talk to a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services right away.

3.Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Looplore.

4.Your answers

Your answers are yours. You give us the limited right to process them — including with automated rules and AI tools — to build your results and to operate and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.Your photos

The photo read works on photos you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you are at least 18 and every person shown is an adult; that you took the photo or otherwise have the right to use it; and that if it shows someone other than you, you have that person’s permission to submit it for an automated read. Responsibility for uploading photos of other people rests entirely with you. We may decline or remove any photo, including through automated screening.

A photo read describes how a photo may come across to strangers. It is entertainment — impressions, not facts about anyone — and must not be used to evaluate people or make decisions about them (employment, housing, credit, insurance or anything similar).

6.Credits and purchases

Paid features — a full report and follow-up questions about it — are unlocked with credits. You buy credits in packs; the app shows what each pack costs in money and what each action costs in credits before you spend anything.

Credits are a prepaid unit of account inside Looplore and nothing more. They are not money, not electronic money, not a payment instrument and not a security; they have no value outside the service, cannot be transferred between accounts or to other people, and cannot be exchanged back for money except as described in Refunds below. Credits do not expire. We may change how many credits an action costs; changes apply to future spends only and are shown in the app before you confirm.

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as the seller of record for your transaction: checkout, applicable taxes, receipts and payment data are handled by Polar under its own terms.

7.Refunds

Unused credits are refundable for 14 days from the purchase of the pack they came from: email us and we will return the corresponding amount.

Credits you have already spent are not refundable, because what they bought was delivered to you immediately. When you spend credits to generate a report or an answer, you are asking us to begin performance right away and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for that generated content once it is delivered. If a pack is partly spent, we refund the share matching the credits still unused.

A refund removes the corresponding credits from your balance. If you have already spent them, the balance can go negative, and spending stays blocked until it is topped up again.

None of this limits your statutory rights, and it is not the whole story: if something went wrong on our side — a reading that failed to generate, credits taken twice, anything that plainly did not work — write to support@looplore.app and we will make it right, credits or money.

8.Intellectual property

The service — its texts, design, imagery and methodology — belongs to us or our licensors. Your report is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, resell, scrape or republish the service or its content.

9.Fair use of the service

Don’t abuse Looplore: no automated access, probing, reverse engineering, interfering with how it runs, or using it to harm or profile other people.

10.No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Results are probabilistic interpretations of self-reported answers and uploaded photos — descriptions of how things may read, not facts about you or anyone else.

11.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12.Changes

We may update the service and these terms. The current version always lives at looplore.app/terms/; material changes will carry a new effective date above.

13.Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Purchase-related matters may also be covered by Polar’s terms. Questions are welcome at support@looplore.app.
