Privacy Policy
Effective 26 July 2026
1.Who we are
Looplore (looplore.app) is an entertainment self-reflection service — a relationship-pattern quiz and a photo read — operated by Individual Entrepreneur Gorbunov I.A. (ИП Горбунов И.А.), Republic of Kazakhstan. For anything privacy-related, write to support@looplore.app.
2.What we collect
- Quiz answers. The options you pick, including how you describe feelings and situations in relationships. Answers are stored under a random session ID — we never ask for your name.
- Photos — for the photo read. Up to six photos you upload, plus your answers about them (who is shown, an age range, where the photo is used). Photos are stored in private storage under the same random session ID and are used for one purpose: producing your reading. We don’t run facial recognition and don’t build biometric profiles.
- Email — optional. If you leave it, we use it for one thing: sending you a copy of your result. No newsletters, no marketing. You can skip it and still see everything.
- Payment data. Handled entirely by Polar, our merchant of record. We never see your card details — we only receive confirmation that a session was paid.
- Usage data. Funnel steps, pages, device and browser info — collected via PostHog (servers in the EU).
- Advertising data. If you arrived from an ad: campaign tags (UTM) and Meta’s _fbp/_fbc cookies. When a purchase happens we send Meta a standard conversion event (with your email as a SHA-256 hash, if you provided one) so ads can be measured.
3.AI processing
Your readings are drafted by AI models (Anthropic’s Claude): the paid quiz chapters from your answers, and the photo read — including an automated screening step — from your uploaded photos. Under Anthropic’s API terms this data is not used to train their models.
4.Where your data lives
We rely on a small set of processors: Supabase (database and report generation), PostHog EU (analytics), Polar (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI chapters), Meta (ad measurement). Each processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms.
5.What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t share your quiz answers with advertisers — ad platforms only receive standard conversion events, never the content of what you answered.
6.Cookies and local storage
Looplore itself uses your browser’s localStorage (session ID, quiz progress, language) rather than cookies. PostHog and Meta set their own identifiers (such as _fbp/_fbc). You can clear all of these in your browser settings at any time.
7.Retention and deletion
We keep session data while we operate the service so your reading stays available. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically: right after your full read is generated, and for sessions without a purchase — within 24 hours of upload. You can also have them removed at any time by emailing us. To have any of your data deleted, email support@looplore.app — ideally from the address you left in the funnel so we can find your session.
8.Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and to opt out of “sharing” for advertising. Write to us and we will honor such requests regardless of where you live. This includes people shown in photos: if someone uploaded a photo of you, email us and we will delete it and the related reading.
9.Children
Looplore is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10.Changes
The current version of this policy always lives at looplore.app/privacy/; material changes will carry a new effective date above.
